Tecumseh Road East, Infrastructure Renewal Project: Turner Road to Factoria Road

Windsor, ON: As part of an ongoing infrastructure renewal program by the Windsor Utilities Commission (WUC), Sterling Ridge Infrastructure will undertake the following construction project beginning Monday, June 24, 2024, weather-permitting:

• New 1200mm Central Corridor feedermain and 300mm watermain connections.

Please note that Walker Road will be closed to both northbound and southbound traffic at Tecumseh Road East. Traffic will be redirected around the Walker Road and Tecumseh Road intersection via Drouillard Road to Seminole Street, and Chrysler Centre to Grand Marais Road East. The impact on Walker Road is expected to take approximately two days. While every effort will be made to minimize traffic impacts and afford local access to residents, occasional delays can be expected. To ensure the safety of our workers, we request that motorists exercise safety precautions when approaching the construction site.
